Isabelmarco is only paying premium members after today. Everybody can join the site, click and play and earn but if you don't pay, you can'T get payout. Look at this quote from isabel at their forum:

well we are not a social network, where you can get things if you don't have money.
If you want to stay , you stay and after a while you go Premium, you have more then time enough.
If you are not happy with the decision, just stay away and don't spam the forum with insults because we won't tolerate this !
We thought already a long time to do this, well now its done and it will stay that way.
I repeat once again your earnings won't drop more then before with the inactives.
(By the way that red part means that they sell bots, doesn't it?)

IM isn't paying anymore standard members!! They're still paying premiums and this because of the large numbers of cheaters (most of them where free members). This decision is only for the sustainability of the site.
Not much difference for me.
So they ask for money before giving it? Very nice. It's called "Pay to click", not pay to pay?
